How is 3PL Pricing Calculated?
Fulfilment pricing is broken down into four separate charges. A complete breakdown is provided with every invoice – so you always know exactly how you have been charged for each order. We never bill in advance or impose a minimum charge.
Packaging
If you decide to use our high quality packaging, we charge per packaging item used.
FREE for clients using their own packaging.
Pick & Pack
This covers us scanning, picking, and collecting your orders and handing to the carrier.
NEGOTIABLE as order volume rises.
Storage
This is a monthly storage charge based on the locations your products take up in the warehouse.
Daily rates REDUCE cost for fast moving lines.
Shipping
This is the carriers charge for shipping your orders to the customer. There is one shipping fee per parcel shipped, not per order.
LOWEST cost rates due to our courier buying power.
Please note, all Goods-In is now FREE of charge with the exception of non-palletized containers which will be charged at £25/ppph for the unloading element only.

Storage
Storage is charged based on the locations that your products occupy. We calculate this on a daily rate to save costs. We do not charge per item stored and how your products are being stored is fully transparent. We will always maximise space / speed efficiency.
Pick Bin
£0.05 / Daily
A storage container designed for fast order picking, each bin holds around has a capacity of 10 litres.
Shelf
£0.15 / Daily
Shelf spaces are used for carton goods and products too large for pick bin storage.
Pallet
£0.8 / Daily
Pallets are for clients storing large quantities of inventory.
Example: You are a single product business selling B2C only. You send in 1 pallet of goods containing 1000 units of stock. Our team will allocate a small quantity to a pick bin for your daily orders. The remaining goods will be stored on a pallet to be replenished to the pick bin as required. In this example you would pay daily for 1x Pick Bin & 1x Pallet. The total daily cost would be £0.73 or £20.44 per month.
Packaging
If you decide not to package your items yourself we can package your goods for you in high quality unbranded packaging. Our warehouse team will determine the most suitable packaging type for your products by default, but you can also specify your requirements.
Mailing Bags
From £0.10 / Parcel
Suited to lower value FMCG products, not used for fragile items.
Padded Mailers
From £0.12 / Parcel
Great for low and high value items with adequate protection for fragile items.
Cardboard Boxes
From £0.45 / Parcel
Strong single wall boxes are ideal for heavy or high value items which are unsuitable for flexible packaging
Void Fill
FREE For All Clients
We do not charge for void fill, paper, tape or any other packaging required to fill or seal your shipment. We always use Eco-Friendly void fill such as recycled kraft paper. We do not use packing peanuts in any scenario.
Barcoded
£ 1.00 / per item
We will scan, grade and sort your returns based on their condition.
Fast Processing Times
Barcoded
Accepting returns is an industry standard in the modern days of e-commerce. We fully take over your returns so you don’t have to.

Premium Integrations
